Panerai Radiomir: An Era Returns

The vacuum of the Panerai Radiomir was filled with the Luminor Base and Luminor Marina collective editions. The Officine Panerai re launched the series of Radiomir watches after 50 years of its first launch. With the classical touch and elegance of the watch remaining unchanged, the amendments have been made in the cases, designing and technical modifications of the timepieces.

Keeping the aesthetic presence intact, the Panerai Radiomir line is available in a series of various models. The major models in the series of production are Radiomir 45mm Black Seal, the Radiomir GMT, the Radiomir Ceramica and other timepieces.

Radiomir: A Classical Collection

Having enjoyed a celebrated status in the horology world, the Radiomir timepieces present a semblance of the high end technical timepieces wrapped up in classical designed watches. A revolutionary innovation was introduced in the watchmaking art with the launch of Radiomir watches designed exclusively for the Italian navy.

The horlogie technology touched new zeniths equipping the timepiece with technicalities to endure extreme conditions while carrying military operations. Radiomir holds a rich tradition of being the first wristwatch officially used by the Commandos and the Gamma forces.

Being used by the Italian navy for several years, the Radiomir timepieces have been a part of the several critical military operations. After 50 years of its first launch, the Officine Panerai relaunched the Radiomir series styling the timepieces with a contemporary look. The aesthetic appeal of the original Radiomir timepieces was retained while bringing the innovations in the cases and the styling of the watches. The water resistance capacity of the watches has also been improved compared to the earlier versions of the Radiomir series.

The watch line is highly liked by the watch collectors across the world and incorporates a series of models including the Radiomir Regatta1/8th Second Titanio-47mm, the Radiomir 8 Days Ceramica and the Radiomir 8 Days. The Radiomir timepiece comes with the Panerai patent screw down winding crown with a water resistance capacity to 100 meters. The 45 mm case size of the Radiomir timepieces is designed in two versions: stainless steel and 18K Pink Gold.
