Set against a galvanized, white silver-plated dial, the narrow tempered blue hands point with precision to even Bauhaus numerals and slender indices. Protecting this is a layer of glare-proof sapphire glass. The only thing that outmatches this material in strength is a diamond. Finally, to hold this watch securely in place, the designers at Berlinerblau, the NOMOS in-house creative agency, have used Horween Genuine Shell Cordovan leather. Ordered direct from the world-famous leatherworkers in Chicago, nothing feels better or lasts longer. Tangente Gangreserve: Complications that Work

NOMOS Caliber γ (Gamma)
Awarding-winning simplicity, double the complications. Inside the Tangente Gangreserve is the NOMOS Gamma. This is the NOMOS caliber Alpha, but with one fundamental difference. The patented power reserve indicator lets the owner know when they need to wind their watch and stock up on some extra time: 43 hours - or 2,580 minutes, to be precise. Perfect for those who feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day.
This movement can be found inside every NOMOS Tangente Gangreserve, and can be seen through the sapphire crystal placed in the back. The craftsmen at the NOMOS atelier have mastered techniques from bluing screws and milling plates and bridges, to applying Glashütte sunburst to the ratchet and crown wheels. Held in place by a rhodium-plated three-quarter surface with Glashütte ribbing and NOMOS perlage, the Tangente Gangreserve is a masterpiece from both sides.
