The case on this 18k white gold timepiece contains a white dial, with blue hour and minute hands that point to Roman numeral hour markers. A quartz movement powers it all. The 18k white gold bracelet uses a butterfly clasp, and will fit a wrist up to 6 inches. The case is 22mm wide without the crown, and 6mm thick. This watch is water resistant. In 1847, when Louis-François Cartier was 29, he inherited a jewelry workshop in Paris. Within a decade, he had begun building a royal clientele for his watches and jewelry, including the ancestors of Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. Two centuries later, the Cartier name can be found on some of the finest luxury watches worldwide. |
