Swiss watch manufacturer DeWitt was founded in 2003 by Jérôme de
Witt, an inventor whose lineage includes personalities such as Napoleon
Bonaparte and Belgium’s King Leopold II. In a relatively short period of
time DeWitt has created several collections of beautiful, distinctive

This striking and all-together unique
DeWitt Academia Triple Complication is in brand new condition, in very
good operational order, and includes its original box with papers. It is
part of a limited edition of timepieces of only 250 pieces produced
worldwide. It possesses a self-winding mechanical automatic movement,
DeWitt’s caliber 2041, 21 jewels, and a 48-hour power reserve.

The gorgeous black PVD-coated titanium
case measures a profound 44 mm in diameter, is 13.25 mm in height, and
features DeWitt’s signature high polished toothed-bezel design. It rests
upon a black rubber strap with a titanium deployant buckle. The
sapphire crystal case back allows one to witness the beautiful workings
of the movement and it is engraved with the watch’s limited-edition
numbering. Features a 50 m / 5 atm water resistance.

Beneath the antireflective sapphire
crystal one finds an intriguing black dial that showcases an
engine-turned guilloche pattern at its center, a day night indicator,
dual-time display, date indicator, and an off-center minute and hour
arrangement that brings to mind a sports car’s speedometer setup. The
subtly rendered Roman numerals, skeletonized hands, and printed minute
track in white complete the sporty, yet sophisticated, design motif that
sets DeWitt timepieces apart from the crowd.

This stellar DeWitt Academia Triple Complication
watch is in brand new condition, has a retail value of $35,500, and we
