Before shipping any timepiece you order, we inspect every watch to ensure that all parts are original and that it functions correctly. All listed pictures are taken in-house, showcasing the watches we have in our possession.

SHIPPING

All watches will be shipped via DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, or DPD with insured shipping. Watches are typically shipped 0-2 business days after receiving payment confirmation from Chrono24. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
All shipments must be sent to the person whose name is on the order. You will need your ID and the tracking number (which will be provided before shipping) to receive the package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The watch is located in the European Union (EU). Buyers are responsible for any duties and taxes for watches shipped internationally (outside the EU).

PAYMENT

Chrono24 handles payments for all transactions. We cannot proceed with any transaction until Chrono24 confirms receipt of payment, and we are unable to hold any watches until payment is confirmed.

OFFERS

We may not be able to accommodate offers on all pieces due to market conditions, but we are open to considering them.

VISITING

If you are located in or traveling to Tallinn, Estonia, you are welcome to make an appointment to view or pick up your watch in person. Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your visit.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

Item(s) are eligible for return/refund within 14 days from the date the package is delivered. All returned merchandise will be thoroughly inspected for any signs of wear and tear or damages. Any such signs may negatively impact the customer’s refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
In the unlikely event that a return package goes missing during transit, insurance claims will be processed, and a refund will be issued only upon the completion of the insurance claim.
