Today's offering showcases this beautiful Certified Pre-Owned Van Cleef & Arpels "La Collection" midsize watch. The model was renamed the Pierre Arpels model when it was relaunched.

As VC&A states, "Designed by Pierre Arpels in 1949, the watch that bears his name epitomizes Van Cleef & Arpels' vision of masculine elegance. A blend of sophistication and restraint, it is notable for a thin case held by two central attachments.

Built with a distinctive look that includes Vendome lugs, it is both luxurious and very fine. It has a high fashion neo-classic design and top-tier 18K gold construction. The special example also has a stunning dark mother of pearl dial. Often called "black" mother of pearl, it presents as dark navy blue. It's absolutely gorgeous!

It is signed Van Cleef & Arpels throughout - the dial, movement, and case.

Originally designed for men, as a mid-sized watch it is well-suited for a man who wants a smaller dress size watch or a woman looking for a more modern size luxury watch.

Powering it is one of the company's very fine quartz movements. Photos of the inside available upon request.

100% of its parts are Van Cleef & Arpels including the signed original solid 18K white gold buckle. The only replacement part is the new aftermarket leather strap. It presents in gorgeous condition - a 9.7 out of 10. The only wear to the watch is signs of previous polishing of the crown.

The case presents as perfect mint. And the dial and crystal both present like new.

A Master Watchmaker has installed a new battery and performed any needed servicing.

For the finishing touch we have equipped it with a brand new leather strap and the watch's original buckle and meticulously detailed it making it ready for immediate enjoyment.

Included with the purchase is a one-year C.O.T. international warranty on the movement and its function and a custom printed Connoisseur of Time Certificate of Authenticity.
