SALES MODEL & PHOTOS
We do not sell via dropshipping or other indirect sales systems (photos of the watch were NOT downloaded from the manufacturer's website and are the property of our company). All watches we offer are physically in our stock and are ready for shipment within 1-3 business days after the order has been paid.

CONDITION – READ THE OFFER AND ASK
Please study all the pictures and ask all the questions before you intend to buy. We always try to choose the best of the best, but we do trade used watches, so even if refreshed and with a condition close to the new one as much as possible, there might be some micro-signs of use so this is always better to ask. Normally when we mark the watch condition as VERY GOOD that means it is as close to new as possible (obviously using a common sense too that the watch in fact has been pre-owned).

YEAR OF PRODUCTION
The date given in the "YEAR OF PRODUCTION" attribute refers to the date of purchase of the watch given in the documentation included in the set, not to the date of its actual production of the given model. Manufacturers in most cases do not provide information about the production date of a specific model, so we are unable to determine it.

INVOICE
If you require a company invoice we really need to know about it before you send the payment. Then we need the full company details including the EU company number (EU VAT number) so we can issue such an invoice for you. According to the Polish tax law, we mustn't issue backdated invoices as it is illegal.
If you do not require an invoice then we issue a standard company receipt for the sale - and it is a simple receipt with the price you have paid and our company info. Thank you for your attention.

ORDER - SET INCLUDES
After purchase you will be getting EXACTLY what is visible in the pictures - NOTHING MORE. So if you don't see a receipt from the first sale, nor a price tag, nor a paper or a plastic bag from the very first sale - we simply don't have it and you cannot expect that in the parcel from us. It also happens quite often that a manual booklet is missing, even papers, or some external box - what we have on offer for you - we always show in the pictures here. If you are unsure – please simply ask. Thank you.

WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

Please note that our WARRANTY (due to the Customs issues, applies to the buyers within EU only):
We offer 12 months warranty service and a 14 days return policy WITHIN EU ONLY.
For Buyers FROM OUTSIDE OF THE EU we CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS and we CANNOT OFFER WARRANTY. The simple reason is it is always a lot of hassle and problems with the Polish Customs Office if goods are being sent to us from outside of the EU. It does take weeks to explain and prove this is a return and it is our own watch coming back to us. Hence we wish to avoid this time consuming process of the different points of view.

We reserve the right to charge the buyer for the cost of shipping the returned package – up to 250 euros, depending on the shipping costs incurred.

WATER RESISTANCY
Please read carefully regarding the water pressure test (as many ask about that too). We test our modern watches but we DON’T GUARANTEE WATER RESISTANCY on our watches as we mostly sell them in pre-owned condition . We do have a professional pressure test machine though and for all the MODERN WATCHES we run the tests. But still as some customers forget to push the crown back in or forget to screw the crown back in (so it’s locked properly), or open the backcase to see the movement and they don’t have it professionally sealed HENCE we DON’T GUARANTEE THE WATER RESISTANCY, even though the outcome of the test that we run before the sale is ok.
