The watch in the photos is the actual watch you get. We use a strong macro lens for our photos which may make imperfections appear larger or worse than they actually are.

Watches with "Item needs to be procured" indication will be delivered within 15-days (usually the delivery takes between 5 and 20 days, but you can always verify it with us).

The serial numbers have been blurred on the photos, for security and privacy. However, they are fully present.

International Delivery: all watch straps made out of exotic leather (alligator/crocodile/snake/skate/etc.) will be removed prior to shipping internationally (due to CITES regulations on endangered species).

Returns and Warranty: we are not an authorized retailer of any of the watches we sell. We source our watches from around the globe and all our timepieces have a 100% authenticity guarantee.

All our timepieces are sold in AS-IS condition and we always recommend a full overhaul at buyer's expense. However, we always inspect watches prior to shipping. We offer a hassle-free 14 Days Global money-back guarantee. Nevertheless, you will still be responsible for outbound shipping fees and any insurance fees for the total value of a watch. We are not responsible for packages lost during the return or exchange process if those packages were not insured or were under-insured.

Reminder: Until you are sure you are keeping the watch, please do not wear it, take it apart, or polish it, etc. Watches must be returned to us with all original protective plastic, tapes, hang tags, and all attached accessories, such as boxes, papers, and warranty cards (if applicable) intact.
