Returns Policy
1. Contact Us First
Notify us on the same day you receive the watch for return instructions.

2. Condition Requirements
• Returns are not accepted if the watch shows signs of wear, use, or damage (e.g., scratches on screws or case back or bracelet).
• Factory stickers on new or NOS (new old stock) watches must remain intact.

3. Inspection process
• Returned watches undergo a thorough inspection to confirm weight, original parts, and full functionality.
• Refunds are issued after the inspection is complete. A £120 handling fee will be charged, to cover shipping, insurance, Watch Register check etc.
• We reserve the right to deny any suspicious returns.

Return shipping and insurance costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
