Our watches undergo a meticulous inspection process to ensure authenticity. Our watchmakers service every watch using only original, authentic parts, preserving the integrity of each piece. All images shown are taken in-house and represent the actual watches we have in stock.

PAYMENT
All payments are processed securely through Chrono24. Watches cannot be reserved without payment confirmation. Please note that items shipped to or received within the US are subject to applicable state sales tax.

OFFERS
We are open to reasonable offers on all our watches. Use the "Price Suggestion" feature on Chrono24 to submit an offer based on current market conditions.

TRADES
We are happy to accept trades for Rolex, Omega, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, and most major brands. If you’re interested in trading, please provide photos and relevant details in your initial message along with your desired trade value. Please note, trade offers are non-binding and subject to change. All trades are processed through FedEx Priority Overnight shipping, and we will send your new watch after receiving your trade-in and the necessary payment (if applicable).

IMPORTANT SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Our shipping team will process your watch for dispatch within 48-72 business hours once payment confirmation is received from Chrono24. For security and to minimize the risk of shipping loss, we ship to FedEx Office or Ship Centers, where you can conveniently pick up your timepiece. Please use the nearest FedEx Office or Ship Center as your shipping address to avoid delays with address changes. We will confirm the address before finalizing your order.

Please note that we do not ship on FRIDAYS or over the WEEKEND. Your timepiece will be shipped exclusively through FedEx Insured Express Shipping to a FedEx Ship Center of your choice for secure pickup.

INFORMATION FOR OVERSEAS TRANSACTIONS
For all international transactions and shipments outside the Continental US, any applicable import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price. Shipping and insurance costs are covered within the final purchase total.
We use FedEx for international shipments and insure packages through a third-party provider. Please note that certain destinations are not covered by our insurance provider, and we cannot ship to those locations. Other destinations may have liability limits, and we will inform you if there are restrictions on proceeding with the transaction.
We are unable to declare international shipments as repairs or undervalue them to reduce duties and taxes. Our insurance policy requires the declared customs value to match the insured value.
Some transactions involving high-value packages may incur additional shipping costs. Once a package is in transit, we cannot change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us and needs to be reshipped, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

RETURN POLICY
All returns are thoroughly inspected and may be subject to Chrono24 mediation and penalties if the item is returned in a condition different from how it was originally shipped. This includes new watches that show signs of wear.
