All items for sale are brand new and genuine except where and if indicated.
Watch spare parts (in the broadest sense of the term including straps, clasps, metal bracelets, watch case and watch movement parts ) are not necessarily contained in a single mono-use package with the manufacturer logo printed on it.
All general straps are delivered with random general steel or gold plated/PVD pin buckle.
All genuine brand straps are delivered as they are, no clasp nor buckle.
Springbars for straps are never included in the sale.
With few exceptions clearly indicated, straps for sale are offered in standard lenght: some models are available on demand in XL or XS size. In this case please call us or write us .

Pictures are sample pictures, they may not represent exactly the item shipped to you: strap proportions, color tone, small differences may be present, due to different lot of productions or due to upgrade/update/new release decided by the manufacturer without notice. We usually ship latest execution.
Also internal clasp of metal bracelets may vary, same as the shape of moving parts in pin buckles or in folding clasps: we usually ship latest execution.
Pins to connect spare metal links or metal bracelet to clasp may be different in shape and also in diameter or lenght.

Items will be shipped from Italy, EU. If you are located outside EU you might be asked to pay import taxes.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price nor in the shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Due to CITES regulation we can not export alligator straps ( and other restricted leather straps) in a non EU country. If you order a watch to be delivered outside the EU we usually replace ( in agreement with you ) the restricted strap with a generic calflaether one, similar color.
We can not ship to PO BOX addresses.
Each of our items is listed simultaneously in different marketplaces and some items are not present in multiple quantities in our warehouse. Due to Murphy's law we may find ourselves in the need to cancel your order if we have previously received one from another platform, thank you for understand.
