Please understand that if the watch is a used watch, there will be signs of use on the watch. And we always take close up photos to show the condition of the watch. Please do not expect a used watch to be flawless and perfect as it is not a new watch.

We do not guarantee water resistance for all our watches.

Please note that we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS for new and unworn watches due abuse and damage of the watches prior to the return. If you indeed wish to return - any returns of new and unused watches will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee.

If you order a vintage watch from us, please understand that vintage watches can exhibit significant signs of use, from the inside of the watch to its outer appearance.

For vintage watches, we do not guarantee water resistance, super watch accuracy or super power reserve. Thank you for your understanding.

Please make the purchase with the understanding that additional work might need to be performed by you to enable it to perform to your expectations. Such after purchase remedies and servicing are not our responsibility.

We are not able to declare lower value or declare the goods as a gift as this is against customs laws.

For returned goods, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and the import duties of the returned goods.

We check our watches before shipment to ensure they are in working order. We are not responsible for any recommended repairs by any watchmaker or third party after your receipt of goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can ship back to us for a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Please understand that
- for an automatic watch - the watch needs to be wound up or worn to store enough power reserve.
- for a manual winding watch - the watch needs to be wound to store enough power reserve.
- for battery operated watch - that watch is powered by a battery.
- for Seiko Kinetic watches - the Seiko Kinetic battery needs to be charged by movement of the watch, and it takes about 250 swings
- for Seiko Solar watches - the Seiko Solar battery needs at least a day under Solar power to charge up

All communications are to be kept within the Chrono24 platform.

Please note that for leather straps, they can be subjected to random checks by your country’s customs and we are not responsible and will not be able to compensate for any loss of the straps due to customs checks.
