WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?:
Our warranty covers battery replacement for the 30 days after purchase date. The warranty will also provide service for watches that are abnormally gaining, losing or not keeping proper time. Please contact us directly to get the reimbursement for the battery replacement.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY NOT COVER?:
External damage is not covered by our warranty. Water damage or any damage that is caused from a third party repair is also not covered by this warranty. Servicing your watch by a third party will void our warranty.

EXTERNAL DAMAGE:
External damages include any physical damage such as, but not limited to: watch case, crystal/ glass, watch bezel, screws, crown/ stem, finishes, clasps/ buckles, watch band/ bracelet, any lost or missing stones/ gems on the watch/ watch face. Water or moisture damage is also not covered by the warranty.

WATER DAMAGE:
While some watches may be water-resistant, they are not waterproof. It’s important to make this distinction as water-resistant watches are only able to resist the penetration of water to a certain degree, but not entirely. We urge our customers to only use their watch within the water resistance parameters to avoid water damage.

Diving watches - When wearing your diving watch, please be certain that the crown and case are securely screwed down or locked in before submerging the watch underwater to avoid any water damage. We also suggest cleansing the watch with freshwater after submerging in saltwater to prevent the intrusion of small debris and particles.
