**Maintenance and Shipping Policy**

All our products undergo comprehensive servicing by our in-house technicians to ensure the watches are fully functional and keep accurate time. This includes replacing rubber seals/gaskets, lubricating the movement, cleaning the movement, and adjusting the movement. However, please note that NEW OLD STOCK and digital watches are sold as-is and are not covered by our warranty.

- We use a powerful macro lens for photography, which may exaggerate or accentuate defects.
- Our office is closed on Thursday, which may result in delayed responses.
- Vintage watches do not perform to modern standards, especially concerning water resistance, as we prioritize maintaining original crowns and pushers. Failures due to water intrusion, magnetism, or impact are not covered under our return policy.
- For bracelet watches, additional links can be added for an extra fee. Please contact us for details.
- Prices are fixed and non-negotiable. This policy applies to all customers.
- We only ship via insured DHL Express. However, watches valued over €5,000 will be shipped via UPS.
- Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
- The listed prices do not include shipping, customs duties, or VAT.
- Please pay all import duties upon receipt of the product. For details on import taxes, contact the customs office where the product will be delivered.
- We cannot state amounts different from the purchase price or list items as gifts on the invoice.
- We respect the originality of our products and rarely replace exterior parts, especially dials.
- Our office is closed every Wednesday, so we do not process orders, respond to inquiries, or ship products on this day.
- As of February 2023, Chrono24's terms of service have changed. Setting a watch as "in stock" triggers an automatic order. Since we prefer to manually process orders, our watches are set as "requires procurement."
