Swiss luxury watch giant Rolex has been the official timekeeper of the Wimbledon tennis championships in Wimbledon, England, since 1978. Variants of the Rolex Datejust with the so-called "Wimbledon dial" are the result of Rolex's long-standing partnership with the famous tournament. Timepieces in this line feature dials with green Roman numerals. The color choice is a tribute to the green courts of the popular tournament.
Rolex Datejust Wimbledon models are available in 36 and 41 mm sizes and come in stainless steel, two-tone stainless steel and yellow gold, or a combination of stainless steel and white gold.
