Shipment:

Orders made within the EU will be shipped via Fedex Express with appropriate insurance.

Warranty:
All of our watches have been thoroughly checked by our own watchmaker and serviced when needed. They are accompanied by Full 12 month warranty from the day you receive your watch, protecting your watch against manufacturing and mechanical defects, subject to the following terms and conditions.
Our warranty is subject to the same terms and conditions as the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty does not cover theft or loss. Normal wear and tear or damage caused to the watch by accidents or mishandling/mistreatment are also excluded as well as damage caused due to submersion in water against the manufacturer’s guidance. Wear of the watch strap is not covered by the warranty.

When you order a watch, we will provide some useful documents for you. We perform some tests on your timepiece, before shipping it.
In details:
1) Our check with "The Watch Register" database against possible theft or loss
2) The Timegrapher test that indicates how precise is the watch
3) The Pressure test (If the watch has sapphire glass) for water resistance

Part-Exchange / Trade:
We take Rolex in part-exchange against any watches we have for sale. Please provide model, reference number, date and source of manufactory and the manufactorers guarantee card and please also include your price expectations.

TaxFree service is not available. Our watches are sold on Margin Scheme VAT invoices, the VAT is included in the total price.
