For your security, all shipments will require a signature for delivery to a residence or business. Furthermore, shipments valued over $5,000 USD MUST be held at a local FedEx facility for pickup (the nearest FedEx location to your shipping destination). For international orders we handle the customs and duties *paperwork* depending on the shipping destination. Our orders ship from door to door, we handle all the required customs paperwork and the package clears at the destination shipping facility once customs fees and duties are paid by the purchaser (some countries are excluded from this type of clearance).
