BUYING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK: If you are buying from outside of the United Kingdom then you may be liable to pay additional import duties. This is your sole responsibility and you should contact your tax or customs authorities for more information. We are unable to give any guidance or estimate any taxes that may become due. It is your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable laws of the country in which you are receiving the Goods.

SHIPPING COSTS: The stated shipping costs are not merely the postage costs that you may see listed on the shipping label, but are also to cover packaging materials (we double-box all shipments) and most importantly to cover the cost of 3rd party insurance to make sure your shipment is fully insured to the value of the watch being sent.

Goods remain our property until fully paid.

Defective Goods must be brought to our attention at the earliest opportunity.

Items may only be returned if they are:
• Unused and undamaged
• Accompanied by the relevant invoice together with the certificates or guarantees where appropriate
• Returned to arrive with us within 14 days of receipt by you
• Returned with the security tag still attached to the watch.

We reserve the right to make a charge to return exchanged items into a saleable condition where necessary.

All Goods are sold with either our own warranty or the balance of the manufacturer warranty, whichever is longer. Our warranty is a limited warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the Goods and is not offered in the event the manufacturer warranty has more than 12 months left to run.

In the event the goods are sold with the balance of the manufacturer warranty then any issues with the Goods should follow the appropriate manufacturer process (which is outlined in the supplied paperwork or via the manufacturer’s website). Should the Goods develop a fault whilst under manufacturer warranty do not return the Goods to us.
