-Our return period is 7 days from the date of delivery.
-The watch must be returned to us intact and in good condition, with all protective plastic/tape, tags, and accessories (boxes, paper, etc., if applicable) attached
-If you have worn this watch during this period, we can only offer a certain discount to recycle this watch
-Returns/exchanges are only applicable to items that have not been worn out after receipt.
-The return shipping and taxes shall be borne by the buyer.
guarantee

-We support all products to provide payment guarantee within three days of receipt. At any time, a certain amount of compensation will be provided for the faulty parts caused by the manufacturer's defects
-Our coverage includes all aspects except for a) normal wear and tear caused by normal use, b) improper use of the watch, and c) accidental water ingress caused by the end user (not a manufacturer's defect).
-External damage to products not covered by the warranty: any damage caused by the case, crystal/glass, bracelet, bezel, strap, screws, crown/handle, surface treatment, buckle/clasp wear, or any other physical damage to the watch.
-It also does not include: a) defects caused by external forces or improper use, b) indirect damage caused by express delivery, c) loss of inlaid gemstones or semi precious stones.
-Any form of external modification and third-party repair attempts will render the guarantee ineffective.
-If used beyond the waterproof guidelines of the watch manufacturer and/or as mentioned above, any damage caused by accidental water ingress by the end user will not be included.
-Watches labeled with waterproof tags have a tightenable crown. The crown must always be tightened correctly to maintain the water tightness of the watch case. Water stains are not covered by the warranty unless proven to be defective by the Swiss Watch Fair repair and service center.
