An exceedingly rare and well preserved ROLEX brass and glass signage from the 1950s.
The history of this sign is that it was salvaged during renovations by a store employee of the Interlaken Rolex retailer (a mountain resort in Switzerland).
The letters are made of brass and they are in the typical font we find on the 50s/60s Rolex. The lettering is quite chunky and three dimensional set on a glass panel. In good conditions with some expected surface patina.
The glass panel is in overall excellent conditions with the exception of a small chip in the upper left corner.
Measurements are 19 inch x 11.5 inch. Each letter is 2 inch tall.
A fantastic addition to your home, office and especially vintage Rolex collection!
