Every watch we sell is checked for authenticity and functionality by our watchmaker.
This test among others contains the measurement of the amplitude in 6 different positions, the control of the condition of the oil inside the movement etc.
When a service is needed we will carry this out.
Unworn/new watches we offer, depending on the age, are covered by the (remaining) manufacturer’s warranty period.
Depending on their age, some pre-owned timepieces are still within their original manufacturer’s warranty period.
Every watch we sell is furnished with a minimum 12-month warranty for your peace of mind, in conjunction with any remaining manufacturer’s warranty.
Serviced watches are sold with a total of 24-months warranty.


Shipping:

We use DHL express for our insured shipments. Delivery inside the EU normally takes one business day after the item is shipped.
All our watches are shipped from the Netherlands. Buyers from inside the EU don't have to pay any additional (custom) fees or tax fees.

Office:

We do have our own office where it's possible to view a watch in person. Please note that we are only available by appointment. To arrange an appointment you can give us a call so we can discuss the things needed to arrange a meeting.

Functionality check: We test the watch's complications, winding mechanism, chronograph function, and more. See: How do we define authenticity?

Scope of delivery check: All additional items, such as the original box and papers (if included), are checked for completeness and conformity with the model reference.

Theft check: The watch's serial number is checked against leading stolen watch databases. This ensures that the watch hasn't been stolen or otherwise lost by its rightful owner.
