- AGS only sells genuine luxury and premium watches. We make sure to inspect all our products for authenticity before we sell them. An invoice will be issued for any purchase;
-If necessary, our watches go through a professional reconditioning and polishing process;
- All the watches sold by our company are functional, being in good working parameters;
-All watches listed on the platform can be seen and picked up in person from our stores in Bucharest, Romania. Addresses and working hours can be checked on the website;
-The photos shown in the ads are high quality original photos of each watch. Each component of the package (box, documents, accessories if applicable) will be included in the images. Please note that while we have made every effort to display the products accurately, your device's display may reflect different shades of color and the product may vary slightly from the images; also, it is possible that certain components or details cannot be reproduced accurately in the photos; please request any information you are interested in before placing an order;
-Since we sell products both in our physical store and online at the same time, there could be a chance that the product you want is out of stock right at the time of placing the order. We do our best to keep our listings up to date;
-For all non-EU customers, please note that any customs duties/taxes/VAT charged by the destination country (where applicable) will be paid by the customer.

Delivery and insurance:
We ship worldwide via DHL Express. The package will be insured and a tracking number will be provided to the recipient at the time of shipment. Within the EU, delivery usually takes between 1-3 working days. For international shipments, the delivery time takes up to 7-10 working days, as the package will be subject to customs clearance. From the moment the package is picked up from our store by the courier, you will be able to track the package using the tracking number provided.

Guarantee:
AGS offers a 12-month warranty for watches that no longer benefit from a manufacturer's warranty that is still valid. The AGS warranty covers possible mechanism problems that are not caused by external factors (such as knocking or dropping the watch, water, improper handling, etc.). The warranty does not cover the service/maintenance of the watch, which is the customer's responsibility. The guarantee is only valid accompanied by the purchase invoice (and/or tax receipt) and the AGS Jewelry certificate of conformity, signed and stamped. The warranty is no longer valid if the watch has undergone unauthorized interventions by other persons or which make it impossible to correctly identify the object or the serial number. Return Policy:
According to GEO no. 34/2014, products sold online can be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the entry into physical possession, with the buyer bearing the transport costs.
The product can only be returned if it is unused, with all the package sent from our store: warranty card/box/invoice/seal/accessories (if applicable) and only if it has mechanical defects/any aspect that is not as presented in the announcement. Products that have been tampered with or that show signs of use or wear, chips, scratches, bumps, mechanical/electrical shocks, products that are missing documents or accessories, as well as products that have a broken AGS Jewelry seal or it has undergone significant changes from its original state. If the AGS seal is broken or removed, the return of the product will not be accepted or we will charge a fee (the amount will depend on the price of the item). Return shipping will be paid by the customer, as well as any additional costs associated with returning the watch to our store. The return must be made through express delivery companies that deliver the package in a maximum of 2-3 working days and that offer the possibility of tracking the shipment, and not through post offices.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, the AGS store must be informed by phone or email within 24 hours of receiving the package. We cannot be held responsible for any situation where a customer does not check their package within the specified time frame. If a fault is not reported within this time frame, AGS will not be able to offer a refund. If the customer confirms receipt of the package and no defect is reported within 24 hours, it will be assumed that the product was delivered in good condition. Any issues reported thereafter will be the responsibility of the customer.
