This is an Extremely Rare and Highly Collectible Novelty Application Watch. Scratch Resistant Anti-Reflective Sapphire Crystal. The cushion-shaped 44mm by 38.5mm case, flat geometric bezel, and bracelet are polished/brushed. It has a screw-down crown, rectangular protected chronograph pushbuttons, and a transparent sapphire crystal display case back. The chronograph incorporates a fly back feature - the pusher activates it at 2 o'clock, and the reset/fly back is run by the pushbutton at 4 o'clock. It has a minute/one-fifth second track, and a large date window at the 3 o'clock position. The Monocounter subsidiary dial for the combination 30-minute/60-minute and 12-hour totalizer is at 6 o'clock. The outermost 30 minutes are indicated via white minute markers, the second 60 minutes are indicated via an inner track of white minute markers, and the innermost circle registers the 12-hour increments. An astonishing feat of finest watchmaking, from the elaborate indications presented in an ingeniously minimalistic manner to the gloriously resplendent setting of countless exquisitely cut diamonds, this amazing timepiece from Patek Philippe boasts the brand’s characteristic design in an absolutely spellbinding fashion.

The automatic Patek Philippe caliber 28-520 C movement is rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, and a patented Patek four-arm Gyromax balance with four inertia blocks that's adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions.
