Inspection
Before we ship your watch, we conduct a thorough inspection to verify that it matches our listing description. Each timepiece is carefully packaged to guarantee a safe delivery.

Shipping
We take pride in providing a safe and secure shipping experience. Once your payment is confirmed, your package will ship within 24 hours unless other arrangements are made. All shipments are insured and shipped Priority Overnight. Packages will be sent to business addresses or held for pickup at the nearest FedEx facility to your residence. If a residential address is provided, it will default to 'Hold for Pickup' at your nearest FedEx location, and we will notify you accordingly.

Returns
We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee on all of our watches. After delivery, you have two weeks to inspect your new timepiece. If it doesn’t meet the described condition or functions incorrectly, you may return it for a full refund. Funds remain in escrow with Chrono24 during this period, and refunds are processed through their team. Items must be in the exact same condition as when they were received, and we cannot accept returns for worn or used watches, or those missing original paperwork or accessories.

Please Note
All New watches purchased from us come with the original box, tags, booklets, and warranty card. The warranty card may feature a date and, if applicable, a name. The watch may have had original stickers removed at the time of purchase from the authorized dealer. While the watch may have been sized, it has never been worn if listed as ‘New,’ and all standard links that come with bracelet models are included. Although we may have the white serial tag pictured, it is not guaranteed to be included, as some authorized dealers keep the tag. Additionally, the watch may be newer than what is noted in the listing; for example, if listed as a 2021 ‘Unworn’ timepiece, you might receive a 2022 ‘Unworn’ timepiece.
