Patek Philippe has long been positioned as the innovator of modern watchmakers and they displayed that with their line of avant-garde timepieces that had both annual calendars and chronograph complications. The 5905R-001 harkens to that innovation and comes with a rose gold case that is 42mm in diameter and 14.03mm thick with an exhibition case back and a sapphire crystal. It has a sunburst brown dial with three calendar windows, a chronograph sub-dial, index hour markers and rose gold hands. The 5905R-001 is powered by the CH 28-520 QA 24H caliber which has chronograph and annual calendar functionality with a day/night indicator plus a power reserve of up to 55 hours. The case is paired with a stately leather bracelet with a rose gold pin buckle closure. It has a water resistance of 30 meters (100 feet).
