All Rolex timepieces sold by us are accompanied by the Original Box, Green Chronometer Tag, booklets, and Warranty Card (if "papers" are mentioned in the listing). The Warranty Card, if applicable, will be named and dated. Unless otherwise stated, stickers will have been removed upon purchase from the Authorized Rolex Dealer. The watch may have been sized upon purchase but remains unworn (if described as "Unworn/New") and includes all standard links typical of Rolex Bracelet models. It may also come with the white serial tag, although this isn't guaranteed, as some Authorized Dealers retain the tag. Please note that although the watch may be pictured with the white serial tag, it's not assured to come with it, especially if we stock several of the same model. Additionally, the watch may be newer than the year noted in our listing. For instance, if we list it as a 2021 Unworn, you may receive a 2022 Unworn. While the pictured watch in the ad might have stickers, you will receive a watch with stickers removed unless specified otherwise. Your watch may be wrapped in plastic by us to prevent scratches during transit. Bezel protectors, even if shown in pictures, may not always be included.

We highly recommend using the FedEx Hold-At-Location service, wherein we dispatch your watch to the nearest FedEx Office or Ship Center for your convenient pickup upon arrival. All our shipments are insured and sent via Priority Overnight.

For international shipments to select countries, we utilize FedEx International Priority shipping. Please be aware of any applicable customs and import taxes you may encounter. Refusal to accept an international package will incur restocking fees, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We also recommend shipping to the nearest FedEx Ship Center to you for your convenience.
