1.Taxes and charges
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. Any duty on an import would ultimately be the responsibility of the importer. If you want clear information about taxes, please contact the customs. In accordance with the global regulations and laws, we do not accept undervaluation or report the item as a gift.

2. Shipping
As we stock our items at our offline store in Japan, there is a possibility that the item may be sold out at the same time as your order. It may take a few days before shipping to thoroughly check the condition of the item. Please note that we do not offer repair services for items that have already been shipped.

3. CITES
In accordance with CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora), crocodile, alligator, and lizard leather straps will not be included in the package. We do not send any CITES-listed products domestically or internationally.

4. Payment
We could only accept Trusted-checkout as a payment option.
Please be aware that the payment limit is two days after placing your order. If we do not receive payment confirmation by the due date, your order may be cancelled automatically by Chrono24.

5. Shipping insurance
Your order will be shipped from Japan through UPS to the registered address. All packages are trackable and 100% insured against loss, theft, and breakage during transit. Please be noted that the coverage limit may vary for each country. We will notify you if your country is not included in the insurance service.
