DESCRIPTION:
This beautiful Panerai has an historic style with a 47 mm stainless steel case mounted on a distressed style light brown leather strap. No watch is cooler looking! The black dial with luminous hands and Arabic and Roman numeral hour markers is referred as the California Dial. Their is a date display at the 3 o'clock position and it has a hand wound mechanical movement that last 3 days! Water resistant to 100 meters / 330 feet with a scratch resistant sapphire crystal and screw down crown, this will make a great daily wear watch. Functions: date, hour, minute, second. Swiss Made, so you know it is the best!

This is one of two models which represent a tribute to the history of Officine Panerai and to the watch which has constituted a fundamental milestone in the history of professional diverโ€™s watchmaking.

Many of the characteristics of the new Radiomir watches are directly descended from the prototype created by Panerai in 1936 to equip the commandos of the Royal Italian Navy: the cushion case in steel with a diameter of 47mm, the slender wire strap attachments, the conical crown and the simple dial reduced to essentials to increase legibility to the maximum even in conditions of very poor light. The Radiomir California 3 Days has the dial which was almost certainly the first one fitted to the Radiomir case, very original with its alternation of markers, Arabic figures and Roman numerals. The design of the dial is enhanced by the OP logo, the inscription โ€œCALIFORNIAโ€ engraved on the flange at 12 oโ€™clock and the little date window at 3 oโ€™clock.
