Description
This PAM00107 is in excellent condition for a watch that was manufactured in approximately 2001, carefully worn throughout the years. The box set has some deterioration on the inside where the black felt is. Please refer to the pictures in determining the condition, pictures are of the exact watch being offered.
Only 500 units were released of this limited edition piece to celebrate the Regatta Laureus Award given in May of 2001 at Monte Carlo.
Case is made of high-polish finished stainless steel as is the fixed bezel mounted atop. The solid stainless steel case back is has a spun finish and features engravings ("Laureus Award" & "May 2001"). Currently mounted on the watch is an original Panerai distressed brown leather strap that is accompanied by a original Panerai stainless steel tang buckle. The strap is in top notch condition, plenty of life left.
Functions are displayed on a black dial that is accompanied by luminous hands, luminous index/Arabic numeral hour markers, a silver sub-seconds sub-dial and lastly a magnified date window.
This piece underwent a full service and overhaul in 2015, documentation included. The watch will undergo a set of quality control tests before being shipped. A full one year warranty and certificate of authenticity will be issued by Element iN Time NYC.
