I offer for sale an original, well to very well preserved and perfectly working chronograph of the brand omega, model Speedmaster Professional, Ref. 145.022-69ST from December 1969.
This is a so called Pre-Moon model of this manufacturer.
The movement number of the watch is 28424xxx.
The movement (perfectly preserved, one revision mark) is a Lemania 1873, also marked as omega 861 with 17 jewels.
The watch is completely 100% original and all components, except for the two bracelets, are period correct!
The plastic crystal is new and unworn, it is also original and from the 1970-1990s era; Type A3: Long Feet.
Mounted is an original black velcro strap, ref. 032CWZ011583 from omega (original price: 180 €), worn only a few times. Additionally, an original unworn nato bracelet, ref. 031CWZ010698, black with white central stripe, bought new by me from omega in November 2021, invoice for 160 € attached, is included! It is still unworn and the protective film on the strap loops is still present as it is original packaging.
Also included is the original old high omega box, ref 1501 as well as an archive extract from omega (price: 120 chf excl VAT) for the watch dated 17/11/2021, which dates the watch to production date 16/12/1969.
In March 2022 at the watchmaker the start-stop-pusher was screwed tight and pusher and crown were cleaned and lubricated, invoice for 70 € attached.
All hands as well as the stepped graphite-black dial are perfectly preserved, so is the tritium luminous material in the hands as well as all luminous indices.
There are few small chips on the don bezel, the stainless steel case was never polished in my opinion! The single stepped caseback has a light circumferential scratch on the polished bevel, the seahorse is still very clearly visible.
According to the "moonwatch only, 3rd edition" literature, the movement, case, caseback, pushers, crown, bezel, crystal, dial and set of hands are 100% correct for this reference number. This book is not part of this listing.
Weight: 70.7 g (on velcro strap).
This watch is not offered in this condition too often anymore.
