-Crocodiles, lizards and other CITES related material parts are removed from the watch as they cannot be exported.
The removed parts CANNOT be shipped and we CANNOT give you any further discount.

-You cannot submit an invoice with a lower amount than the amount sold/paid.

-Check/maintenance according to our standards before posting on the site.
●Regarding self-winding and hand-winding watches, a daily difference of +/- 30 seconds when laid flat is within the allowable range.
For antique clocks, more day difference is acceptable.
●Quartz (battery) watches are second-hand purchases, so we cannot understand items other than those that have a history of battery replacement. It's just a monitor battery.

- There is a 14-day return and money back guarantee on Chrono24 trust service and escrow service.
However, we do not accept returns of watches that have been used. Items with the security sticker removed are considered used and will not be returned.
All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

-If the item is in a different condition than it was before delivery (if there are missing items, alterations, OPP bag opened, use, damage, stains, traces of processing, etc.), a reduced refund will be given.
