To initiate this process, we kindly request that patrons come prepared with the reference number(s), some photos, and a trade value for their trade-in(s).

Shipping

We take great care in ensuring the safe and secure delivery of your treasured timepieces. All packages are shipped exclusively via FedEx Express Shipping. Once payment confirmation is received from Chrono24, our dedicated team ensures that your package is prepared and dispatched within 72 business hours. Please note, we are not open on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays so shipments will not be possible over that period.

To safeguard your valuable investment, we require all packages to be shipped to a FedEx Ship Center location for secure pickup. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer delivery to residential or commercial addresses. Our commitment to the protection of high-value items necessitates insurance coverage, which is only applicable when packages are collected from a FedEx Ship Center location.
