SHIPPING
All domestic shipments sent with FedEx Overnight and will be fully insured for security reasons. Typically, domestic orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days once payment has been processed by Chrono24. Please keep in mind that during sales or public holidays, an additional 1-2 business days may be added to your delivery time. Items will be shipped only to addresses confirmed by Chrono24. If you need to have your order shipped elsewhere, please get in touch with Chrono24 support and they will be able to assist you. Every shipment will be Signature Required, so please ensure that someone will be available to sign for it.
All international shipments are sent with FedEx International Priority.
International customers are solely responsible for the shipping expenses along with customs duties and other additional import fees that may appear upon delivery to their country.
If our insurance does not cover your country, we cannot ship the timepiece to you.
We do not offer guidance on the valuation of import and customs duties in your country, so please get in touch with your local authorities in order to determine exact rates.

APPRAISAL
As an additional service and upon your request, we can provide an Appraisal Certificate that can be used for insurance purposes. The cost for the certificate is $100.

IN-PERSON VIEWINGS
We operate exclusively online and do not offer in-person viewings or transactions. It is *NOT* possible to physically inspect our inventory before making a purchase. All transactions are conducted online, and purchased items are shipped to the address indicated in your order details.
