WARRANTY

Every watch comes with a limited warranty of 1 year, starting on the date of the purchase. The warranty is limited to the function, continuous operation and fair timekeeping. It does NOT cover misuse, neglect, abuse, water damage or any other form of wearer-inflicted damage.

Some watches may come with an official manufacturer warranty valid at any Authorized Dealer. Please check the specific description of the watch you are buying.

AUTHENTICITY

We stand behind the authenticity of the watches we sell. Our watches are guaranteed authentic.

SHIPPING

We ship with DHL Express service, insured and tracked. We ship worldwide and shipping times vary between 1 to 10 days depending on the buyer’s location. For most destinations tracking is available.

All shipments are sent out within 24 hours of payment clearance.

The contents of each shipment are carefully inspected and documented via pictures and video before shipping out.

Special care is taken upon packaging to protect fragile objects.

Premium Supplies LTD reserves its right not to ship to certain parts of the world but we will do our best to accommodate your horological needs.

All of our shipments are insured to the full value of the said purchase.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

Orders outside of the European Union are subject to customs duties and/or other taxes. Please check with your local authorities (e.g. customs office) for additional information prior to buying.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item’s price or in the shipping cost.

All payable taxes, duties and any additional charges are the buyer’s sole responsibility. We report the full amount to customs.

Some items cannot be shipped to certain countries (eg. ban on the import of exotic leathers, etc.), please send us a message to check if the timepiece can be shipped to your country.

RETURNS

You have the right to return your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days, unless otherwise stated in the said item’s description.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

During this period you can do with the product what is reasonably necessary to evaluate the product. It is allowed to try as you would be allowed in a physical store.

The return period will expire 14 days after the day you received the shipment.

The buyer pays for return shipping.

A before and after video comparison and inspection is required before returns are cleared.

All of our pre-owned watches are carefully inspected for the authenticity of the mechanism as well as their visual appearance and general condition.

The serial numbers and limited edition numbers, where applicable, may have been blurred in the photos for security and privacy purposes. They are fully present on the actual watch, warranty card, and corresponding paperwork if applicable
