Some countries are not covered by high value insurance, so for safety reasons we cannot accept orders from countries not covered by insurance.
If delivery is not possible or insurance coverage is not available, your order will be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding.

Crocodile leather bracelets cannot be shipped outside Japan as they are banned from export by CITES.
Therefore, if you purchase from outside Japan, we will remove the belt and ship only the watch body and buckle.
Please note that there will be no price reduction due to the belt not being included.

For return policy, we will accept returns if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your watch.
Refunds will be made by Chrono24 and will be refunded for the amount you paid for the Chrono24 (may be reduced depending on the reason for and method of return).
All taxes and fees will not be included in the refund.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we shall not assume any liability whatsoever after 14 days from delivery.
Please note that the warranty does not cover dead batteries in quartz watches.
I'm afraid we're not able to charge for batteries or repairs, nor will we be able to accept requests for returns due to dead batteries,
If you need to replace the battery, you will be responsible for the cost.
