PLEASE NOTE: In majority of cases timepieces marked with RED dot (On request) can be reordered and received by us within 2 - 4 weeks from the moment of order. Please get in touch for more precise information, as this may vary both to a shorter / longer timeframes.


• Our company sells both: brand new and used watches. Please refer to the item's description to check the status of the individual timepiece.
• As prices on our watches are inclusive of VAT (unless otherwise stated), we may offer the full 20% UK VAT refund to our NON-UK customers (please inquire individually, as this may vary depending on the item).
• All our timepieces are 100% authentic and come with original manufacturer's paperwork to support this.
• In case the timepiece is marked as "new/unworn" we guarantee that this watch is brand new, unworn and comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty (minimum 2 years), as well as other paperwork and original packaging.
• If the item is shown as anything other than "In-Stock”, we are usually able to reorder a brand new watch for you, which may take from 2 to 4 weeks to deliver (depending on the watch).
• Most of our images are taken in-house and depict the exact items available for purchase, in case the picture is a generalised- the watch is guaranteed to be brand new and unworn (brand boutique condition).
• All our deliveries are fully insured and supplied with a tracking ID to check the status of your order. We provide free deliveries within the UK and EU, all other shipments are subject to shipment costs.
• We offer a full 14 day returns guarantee provided goods are returned to us unworn and in the exactly same perfect condition as received.
• Clients are always invited to visit our office, London, please note that all visits are by appointments only.
