From the German 'Manufacturer' Nomos-Glashutte, this is the Ahoi automatic, model reference 551. A 40.3mm diameter case waterproof to 200m houses an automatic 26 jewel movement with a power reserve of 42 hours. Fitted with a crisp white dial with Arabic figures, inset seconds and date at 6 o'clock.
