●We do not accept returns or refused deliveries due to customs duties or import fees under any circumstances.
If delivery is refused and the item is returned to us, shipping and insurance fees (both ways) will not be refunded.

●For U.S. Customers:
As of April 2025, new tariff regulations have been implemented. Tariffs have increased significantly, and the situation remains fluid. We strongly recommend checking with U.S. Customs or your shipping carrier before placing an order.
At present, personal imports under USD 800 are exempt from customs duties.
Products made in the United States are exempt from customs duties, regardless of their price.

Returns
●To receive a full refund, the item must be unopened, in the same condition as received, with the silver security sticker still intact on the OPP bag.
(The condition of the item can be visually verified through the transparent OPP bag without opening it.)

●If the silver security sticker is removed, the item will be considered used, and a partial refund will be issued.

If the package is not marked as “Return” or if the tracking number is not provided, customs duties will be charged when the item re-enters Japan.
Any customs or clearance fees incurred in such cases will be the customer’s responsibility, so please make sure to follow the above instructions carefully.

Additional Notes
●All items are carefully inspected and authenticated by our experienced professional appraisers.
Claims of counterfeit based solely on the buyer’s personal opinion will not be accepted as a valid reason for return.
If you suspect the item is not authentic, you must provide an original written statement from the brand’s official boutique confirming that the item is counterfeit. In such cases, a full refund will be issued upon return of the item.

●Watches that do not include gold, platinum, or fine jewelry will be shipped via EMS (Japan Post).

●*Straps made from crocodile, lizard, or other materials regulated by the Washington Convention (CITES) cannot be exported.
Therefore, if such a strap is attached to the watch or included as an accessory, it will be detached before shipping.
While the strap will be detached, the buckle will be included and shipped together with the watch.
Straps that are removed due to export restrictions cannot be shipped, and we generally do not offer any discounts for this reason.

●For automatic and manual watches, a time deviation of ±30 seconds per day is considered acceptable.

●For quartz (battery-powered) watches, we cannot guarantee the remaining battery life, as these are pre-owned items — unless the battery has been recently replaced.
