ORIGIN AND AUTHENTICITY:
All our watches come directly from the manufacturer, from an authorized dealer of the brand or from private collections.

EQUIPMENT:
Our watches are exclusively original products. Therefore, each purchase includes the original equipment in addition to the watch, such as box, certificate or warranty card, multilingual instruction manual and any accessories.

WARRANTY:
All our watches are delivered in the original box along with the papers, and are covered by a minimum of 2 years of international manufacturer's warranty.

PRICE:
The indicated price does not include any import taxes and duties for Extra-EU customers, which are the responsibility and expense of the buyer.

DELIVERY:
Express and safe delivery worldwide with DHL. Our average delivery time is one week; however in some cases more time is required. We will keep you updated on each stage of your order and we will provide you with a Tracking ID to follow the package once it has been shipped. Of course, the packaging is done very carefully and professionally, following all current safety standards. Furthermore, we are among the first companies in the world to use the "DHL GoGreen Plus" service, with which the courier will offset the carbon emissions associated with the transport of your package.

RETURNS:
If the watch received has manufacturing defects or operating problems, or has been damaged during transport, it can be returned by canceling the order within 14 days.
