Longines made these for a limited time only, based on caliber L.330- Valjoux 724 derived 19.600 BPH, the Paul Newmanesque sub-dials is the first thing that strikes you as about as clean and fresh a vintage watch can get. It has this air of large about it, at 43 mm, yet it feels so lush and comfortable. I wore it personally for a few weeks to time it out, and it keeps excellent time with all chronograph functions performing flawlessly. (It could well use a service at some point)

These compressor diver's watches have a unique feel to it, the crown at 10 o'clock will turn the inner bezel around, I turned it around a few times, and it feels snug and not overly tight., a good clean example like this is such a pleasure to wear! Overall the watch gave me a 8/10 feel - definitely not bad for a decent vintage chronograph based on a Valjoux c.72. Please remember that condition, condition, condition = drives the price. Modestly priced, especially this excellent Paul Newman sub dial Longines diver
