This is an 18K white gold IWC Portuguese Perpetual Calendar II IW502307.It has an alligator leather strap with an 18k white gold deployment buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a pull out signed winding crown, and there is an exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 6 screws, and it's engraved with a serial number. The 44.2mm diameter solid three-body case, curved lugs, and stepped bezel, are polished/brushed. The dial is "Ardoise" metallic grey, with applied white gold Arabic numerals around a white luminous railway-style minute scale with small square hour indices. It includes polished feuille leaf hands, and there are 4 recessed subsidiary dials with luminous white Arabic numerals and markers, and steel indicator hands, including a combination day and running constant small seconds register at 9 o'clock, a combination radial month/power reserve register at 3 o'clock with a red warning sector, and there is a full 4-digit year aperture window between 7 and 8 o'clock. It has a recessed moon phase dial at 12 o'clock with a white gold colored full-moon display mounted on a rotating grey disc with small gold stars. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, it has a 168-hour, 7-day power reserve at full winding, and the 15.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. Fitted on a black alligator leather strap with 18kt white gold fold-over deployant buckle.

This IWC Portuguese Perpetual Calendar II IW502307 has a mechanical automatic IWC caliber 51613 Pellaton movement. It's rhodium-plated with fausses cotes embellishment, and it's constructed with 62 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever escapement. It has twin barrels mounted in series, a Glucydur beryllium alloy balance with a high-precision adjustment cam on balance arms adjusted to cold, heat, and 5 positions. It includes a self-compensating Breguet balance spring, blued screws, a micrometer regulator, and a skeletonized 22K rotor with a gold medallion inlay engraved “IWC - Probus Scafusia (Fine Schaffhausen).” It includes maintenance-free ceramic rotor bearings, winding pawls, and an automatic wheel. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (3 Hz).
