CONTENTS:
All shipments include, in addition to the watch, all associated straps and, of course, the other original scope of delivery such as box, warranty card or certificate, multilingual instruction manual, etc.

SHIPPING:
Worldwide, safe and insured delivery.
We ship watches insured by DHL, DHL Express, FedEx or on request from a value of goods of 3.000€ with the valor service provider Intex.

We are professional trader and experienced in preparing correct customs documents. In addition, we offer a high level of service in customs clearance should any problems arise. Please refrain from asking us for "discounted" customs invoices to save import taxes.

Single straps below the above mentioned value of goods are usually shipped by mail with tracking number.

Our average time from confirmation of payment to shipment of the goods is normally 24 - 72 hours for immediately available items. If this cannot be met, you will be notified by us in advance.
You will receive the tracking number from us via Chrono24 and regular updates on the status of your delivery if required. Of course, our goods are professionally packed according to current safety standards.

WARRANTY:
All watches have the international manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery. In the event of a possible warranty claim or other issues with the watch you purchased, we will be happy to handle communication and, if necessary, return shipping to the manufacturer as part of our service.

RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with the watch we delivered, you have the option to cancel your purchase within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery and return the watch to us.

NOTES:
Almost all of our offered watches are available multiple times. Therefore, unless otherwise stated, the serial numbers shown in the pictures do NOT necessarily correspond to the serial number you will receive. If you would like a specific number, we will be happy to try to obtain it for you. Please contact us.
