SHIPPING: All orders ship Adult Signature Required. If you aren’t at home during the day during the week, we recommend shipping to where you work or shipping “Hold for Pickup” to a FedEx Office, FedEx Print and Ship, or FedEx Ship Center near you, in which case, you can retrieve the package with your valid state ID at your convenience. Please Note: If you're having us ship to a FedEx location, be sure to enter “FEDEX - HOLD FOR PICK UP”, as well as the address of the FedEx location, at checkout. PLEASE NOTE: Chrono24 will only allow us to ship to the address listed in the transaction record and that changing the ship-to address after you’ve completed payment is trickier than you may think. During checkout, you'll have the opportunity to enter your desired ship-to address. RETURNS: You'll have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return through Chrono24 for a full refund of the purchase price. All returns must be received in the same condition as which they were shipped.
