SCOPE OF DELIVERY:

Our watches are basically new or original goods. The watches therefore also contain the original manufacturer's scope of delivery

DELIVERY TIME:

After receipt of payment, you will receive the item within the announced period of time (unless it is a special model). We will inform you in good time as soon as your shipment is ready for dispatch from us in Berlin. The delivery takes place on the same day after quality control to your address. On the day of dispatch, you will also automatically receive the tracking code for tracking the shipment.

SHIPPING:

We send our items insured against all risks with UPS, FEDEX, TNT or DHL Express within Germany (other countries on request). Of course, our goods are packed professionally and according to current safety standards.

PICKUP:

Collection by appointment is also possible.

EXPORT:

If you want to export your goods or purchase them tax-free, we will be happy to support you with the necessary forms such as Premier-Tax-Free or the export declaration.
VAT discount for non-EU customers (Please remember taxes and duties from your destination country - this is your responsibility).


WARRANTY:

Our items include a manufacturer's guarantee, which is activated by a European concessionaire in the scope of delivery. The warranty period is based on the respective specifications of the manufacturer - usually at least 24 months.

AUTHENTICITY AND ORIGIN:

We receive all offered watches directly from the manufacturer or from authorized concessionaires in the EU member states
In the case of all watches marked as "New", these are of course new watches and not "watches in mint condition".
