Our warehouse is located in Switzerland, but we ship from our logistics facilities in Germany, Italy, and France for European customers to avoid customs duties. The choice is based on availability to ensure fast, efficient, and punctual service.

WARRANTY TERMS & AUTHENTICITY
All our products are 100% authentic and brand new, complete with original packaging and documents (included wherever the manufacturer still provides them; otherwise, they are available online for eco-friendly reasons). Each watch comes with the manufacturer’s international warranty, which maintains the same validity and conditions as if purchased directly from them. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is our top priority, but if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
