Please note that all serial numbers of our watches are blocked out to protect the privacy of previous owners. Thank you for your understanding.

Do note that we post all close up photos of the watch in the listings. The photos look very clear if you are viewing them from a desktop computer. Due to Chrono24 settings, photos looks clearer on desktops than on mobile devices.

Please understand that if the watch is a used watch, there will be signs of use on the watch. And we always take close up photos to show the condition of the watch. Please do not expect a used watch to be flawless and perfect as it is not a new watch.

Please note that we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS for new and unworn watches due abuse and damage of the watches prior to the return. If you indeed wish to return - any returns of new and unused watches will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee.

For vintage watches, please understand that they have been through years of use and does not look or perform like a new watch. If you wish the used watch to perform up to your expectations, please have a common understanding that work needs to be done according to your expectations, which we will not be responsible for.

All watches that do not come with the original watch box will be packed in a protective container and wrapped with bubble wrap. This is to prevent the watch from any damage during shipment.

**All import duties and taxes are buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. Please check with your country’s customs duties department if you are unsure. We are not able to advise you on your country's customs practices.

We are not able to declare lower value or declare the goods as a gift as this is against customs laws.

For returned goods, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and the import duties of the returned goods.

We check our watches before shipment to ensure they are in working order. Please understand that the watches are used and may not work to your expectations. We are not responsible for any recommended repairs by your watchmaker or third party after your receipt of goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can ship back to us for a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Please understand that
- for an automatic watch - the watch needs to be wound up or worn to store enough power reserve.
- for a manual winding watch - the watch needs to be wound to store enough power reserve.
- for battery operated watch - that watch is powered by a battery.
- for Seiko Kinetic watches - the Seiko Kinetic battery needs to be charged by movement of the watch, and it takes about 250 swings
- for Seiko Solar watches - the Seiko Solar battery needs at least a day under Solar power to charge up

Please note that for leather straps, they can be subjected to random checks by your country’s customs and we are not responsible and will not be able to compensate for any loss of the straps due to customs checks.

We do not ship to China and Russia.
