All our pre owned watches have undergone professional refurbishment where necessary. All functions are tested and will be working correctly (unless otherwise stated). Metal bracelet watches are always ultrasonically cleaned. Leather straps are also cleaned and retreated if necessary. You will receive a watch that you can be proud of. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please request a return through your Chrono24 dashboard within 14 days of receipt.
All watches sold at SWWatches are supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity for your peace of mind. All external and internal parts are checked for authenticity and serial numbers are also checked with the manufacturer where applicable.
Returns Policy
Please ensure you read and understand the entire description and view all available photographs. If you have any questions, please ask before purchase. The most common reason for wanting to return an item is unexpected size. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you compare the stated sizes with your current watch in order to avoid disappointment.
Returns must be requested through your Chrono24 dashboard within 14 days of receiving the item. No liability is taken for items returned without prior agreement. The item must be repackaged with an equivalent amount of protective packaging as received, and must be returned complete and in the same condition. Your original payment minus supplemental postage costs will be refunded in a timely manner after receipt. However, failure to comply with any of these requirements may result in the return being refused or the amount refunded being reduced by a reasonable amount. Return postage cost and shipping insurance are the buyer's responsibility.
Warranty Conditions
Any warranty provided by SWWatches covers the movement functionality and reasonable timekeeping only. Contact must be made within the stated warranty period in order to arrange repair free of charge. In the event of a repair being unavailable, a return or part refund will be offered instead. This warranty is made void if the watch has been tampered with by a 3rd party without prior agreement, if there are signs of water ingress, any damage beyond typical wear and tear, or other evidence of misuse. Any remaining manufacturer warranty replaces this warranty.
Postage cost and shipping insurance are the buyer's responsibility when returning a watch for repair. Compensation for this postage cost may be offered in cases where a fault is reported within 7 days of delivery. SWWatches also reserves the right to charge the cost of posting the watch back to any customer outside the UK after repair, except when a fault is reported within 7 days of delivery.
