Punto 1) comunicazione: l'utente (appena registrato privo di storicità su Chrono24), non ha MAI RISPOSTO ai nostri messaggi, una volta ricevuto l'orologio HA APERTO UNA RICHIESTA DI MEDIAZIONE attraverso Chrono24 (sostenendo che l'orologio non funzionava) E L'HA CHIUSA IL GIORNO DOPO, senza FORNIRE ALCUNA PROVA O SPIEGAZIONE Punto 2) descrizione: il rating 1 indica un prodotto che dovrebbe essere TOTALMENTE DIFFORME da quanto ordinato (ad esempio ha ordinato un Cartier e riceve uno Swatch.. ) Ciò nonostante NON SI È AVVALSO DELLA FACOLTÀ DI RESTITUIRE L'OROLOGIO che, se fosse realmente difforme da quanto ordinato, andrebbe senza alcun dubbio restituito. Punto 3) tempistiche: l'apertura della mediazione è stata fatta dopo 2 giorni dalla ricezione dell'orologio e chiusa DOPO UN GIORNO senza avere dato modo ne a noi ne a Chrono24 di capire cosa fosse accaduto. Infine la recensione è stata pubblicata il primo giorno utile. Non sappiamo chi si NASCONDA REALMENTE dietro questo signore ma certamente, per tutti i motivi sopra esposti, questa recensione NON è attendibile
