Watch needed service, was +50s per day. When communicate with seller, they offered return (that’s great) and says that it was mentioned in the listing. I double checked and indeed between Japanese characters they had +52s. Unfortunately I do not read Japanese, so I missed that. I believe that such a major dealer, should do a minimal amount of effort and write/translate the description in to English. Besides that everything was good.

Item was wrapped well. Shipped very quickly. Prices were excellent. Photos were good. Communication was absolutely horrendous. Doesn't reply to all the questions, super slow too, pretty much one answer every 24 hours. They also have this weird policy of not revealing the serial number, while others display it openly. I could easily drop by the shop to look at the serial number before making a decision, but too bad I am not in Japan. Why keep it a secret? For something as personal and sentimental as a watch, I would really like to have more information. Might be lost in translation but the communication was so poor.
