Incompétence de FedEx qui a saisi une livraison effectuée dans le système alors qu’elle ne l’était pas. J’ai ensuite demandé à FedEx de décaler la livraison à une date où j’étais chez moi. Fedex n’en a pas tenu compte. Le colis a été représenté à mon domicile alors que j’étais absente et remis à ma femme de ménage. C’est scandaleux de confier des objets d’une telle valeur à une entreprise aussi incompétente
